If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated.

3. Orders & payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

4. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

5. Returns & refunds

Unopened, non-perishable products may be returned within 7 days. Certain items may be excluded for health and safety reasons.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receipt.

6. Seller obligations

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality of their products and compliance with all applicable laws.

Drinkzon may remove listings or suspend seller accounts that violate these terms.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, posting unlawful content, or interfering with the operation of the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drinkzon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
